What should I do if my sewer pump alarm is sounding?

Text us at 604.780.4495. Then go to your pump control panel and see if there is something obvious. Take a photo or video to document it. If the high level alarm is going off periodically, it means one pump isn't functioning. If it's on consistently, get your spare pump and layflat and get it set up as there may be more serious issues.
What can I do to prevent flooding or water damage?
